What can I say about our amazing, vivacious and vibrant Maria that would do her any justice? While we only worked together for a few years, we became firm friends almost immediately. I believe we were nicknamed 'the Greeks' in the office (and our end of the floor was fairly noisy of course)! Maria was an extraordinary lawyer, a mentor like no other and simply full of life. She was a beautiful woman, inside and out, and had a heart of gold. She was one in a million, a force of nature and a force to be reckoned with. Our world will be poorer without her in it. I will miss my partner in crime in the office and all the silly laughs we enjoyed together. My heart goes out to Takis and her lovely boys at this very sad time.
